To ensure the smooth operation of your accounting processes, you are responsible for:

• Document Management: Issuing invoices and other billing documents to your customers.
• Document Submission: Sending invoices for suppliers, customers, and other expenses, along with proof of payment.
• Bank Statements: Providing monthly bank statements for accurate financial tracking.
• Tax Payments: Paying taxes or tax obligations on time and sending proof of payment.
• HR Reporting: Reporting any changes in the Human Resources area, such as layoffs, contract terminations, vacations, etc.

For businesses with needs beyond the standard package, we offer additional services:

• Document Processing: Additional document processing at €0.99 per document.
• Additional Payroll: Extra payroll processing available at €15 per employee per month.
